| (2) | For those buildings do not have residential elevator, each product will be charged for additional HK$15 each level. |
| (3) | Additional Charges: :HKD$320 charge for Tung Chung, and HKD$520 charge for Discovery Bay . No delivery Service is provided for Lantau island and outying island. |
| (4) | Midea (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to change the above terms without prior notice. |
| (5) | The total amount of delivery should not below HK$500. |
